A sounding board for people making hard decisions.
This isn't consulting. It's having someone you can talk to honestly
I work with founders and senior leaders who don't want to carry high-stakes decisions alone.

I'm not a guru nor a polished success story. Just someone who's built things, made mistakes, and is good at seeing what actually matters.
I didn't set out to become an advisor. I spent years building companies, teams, and products, learning less from books and more from things going wrong and decisions not working out.
Along the way, people started coming to me informally — not because I had all the answers, but because I was easy to talk to and could help them make sense of what was actually going on.

Why This Exists
Leadership is isolating in ways most people don't talk about.
If you're a founder or a senior leader, there are things you can't easily say — not to your team, not to investors or stakeholders, not always to your partner or family. Not because you're hiding something, but because you're trying to carry the weight responsibly.
Most people I work with lack a place to think out loud
So you hold it in. The doubt, the fear, the second-guessing, the "what if I'm wrong?"
Having a sounding board isn't about weakness. It's about decision quality — having a place to test ideas, voice doubts, and look at a situation from a few angles before you commit to a path.
That's the role I play.
What This Actually Is (and Isn't)
What this is
a sounding board you can reach out to when something is stuck
honest, fast perspective from someone who’s been there
real conversations about real decisions
space to say the things you wouldn’t say out loud elsewhere

Traditional consulting
Coaching programs or therapy
Frameworks, homework, or long processes
Performative leadership talk

What this isnt
No decks unless they help. No fixed agenda. No pretending you have it all figured out.

How it Works
01
You reach out when you need to talk something through
02
05
I'm direct, but not aggressive. I'm honest, but not dismissive. I'll challenge your thinking when it matters, and I won't pretend certainty where there isn't any.
I don't sell formulas or promise transformation. I offer perspective, judgment, and presence — especially in moments where things feel unclear or heavy.
If you're looking for someone to impress you with jargon or frameworks, I'm probably not a fit. If you're looking for someone to help you think more clearly and feel less alone in the process, we'll likely work well together.

We jump on a call or exchange messages
I get up to speed quickly — no lengthy briefing needed
We talk it through, directly and honestly
You walk away with clarity, not more homework
What you can expect from me

Here's what my clients say
“Working with ilias has been a tremedius help in building my agency, having a sounding board to bounce ideas off-of instead of having an AI yes man pump out generic answers has been invaluable.
We consider ilias one of our team.”
